Refresh your mind!

We take it for granted that we have access to countless paper documents from throughout history but it is from these writings, documents and artworks that we can build a clear understanding of how history has shaped the world in which we live.

If we were to fast forward 100 years from now what information would future society learn about you? Do you keep a diary? Perhaps you create drawings or paintings? Do you still write letters? Modern day technology has meant many of us reach for our phones to record all aspects of everyday life and then, its deleted leaving no trace of where you were or what you did.

Let’s start re-engaging our brains, and actively encourage creativity. There are still many of us that believe there is something about putting pen to paper, enjoying scribbles and doodles, watching them evolve and take shape in to masterpieces.

If we have learned anything from the last few years it’s that we should slow down and find out who we really are, refresh our creativity, disconnect from reality and relax. Having a notebook or sketch pad to hand may be useful but it can also be beneficial for our mental health. Many everyday tasks such as practising handwriting or brush/pencil techniques, creating a shopping list or keeping a diary all help with exercising our memory. It can also significantly improve wellbeing by reducing anxiety.

We are seeing metal health at breaking point with many people finding it difficult to share thoughts and feelings with loved ones. It is now recommended by health care professionals to keep a diary, express your feelings on paper or even create drawings, sketches and artwork in order to help with depression.

With all of this in mind we have created a series of interesting, useful and attractive stationery in order to help you and your loved ones.
